Nothing is working on that app, the importation of product don't work, no contact at all within the chat or email to fix any problem. It is too risky doing business with them at that point. Too bad.
Our import process is that you first log in your account and then choose product import. For the specific operation process, you can consult the customer service center. Our public email account is [email protected] and our WhatsApp account is+1 5714890103 , but our public account has not received any email about your problem. we are sorry for inconvenience.If you have other questions later, you can consult public email and public WhatsApp. Other consultation methods may not receive your email due to personnel changes .Have a good day !

Fantastic , there whatsapp always answers in a timely manner, Advanced level stuff is really good quality is great. Shipping is a bit all over the place with the different suppliers but still a great app. Thanks Pearlandice

WORST experience so far and I havent even added any items yet! Been emailing them for 2-3 days, no response at all!! I have questions and and needs for customization, NO ANSWERS from anyone!!

this is the worst nightmare when i comes to this company, the website has crushed every time when i'm importing my products. when i tried to contact them they are answering at all, they were going to be my first supplier but like this, with their quality nononononononoon never going to happend

The quality of their items is terrible. I placed 2 wholesale order worth thousands of dollars. In the first order, there were threads in the dresses. They promised to improve this in the second order. The issue persisted in the second order. They claimed this is not a "quality" issue. If threads and terrible finishing were not a quality issue, then I am not sure what is. I spoke to them many times, they refused to collaborate. I asked to speak to the manager, Leyi said I am the manager. We cannot do anything for you. This is the level of service you should expect to receive if you work with them. So if you're planning to buy items that ruin your brand image and position it as a very low quality apparel, this is your go-to platform. If there is an option to upload pictures to show the terrible quality, I have a lot of these pictures.
