I use the app rarely, and needed some support, so I reached out and was delighted to chat with Anna, who assisted the largely ignorant user (me) promptly and efficiently. Kudos to her for also answering some (I'm sure basic) theme questions that I'd minutes ago passed on to the theme developer, which stated a 3 day response time. The live chat was great!

Installed the application to update to a google font to refresh the store look. Ran into a few glitches on the font translations. Contacted support and within 30 minutes was working with Anna. She was amazing, patient, and helpful. We updated the icon elements and other issues related to 3rd party app integrations what were not reflecting the font update. We will test the app and fonts for a few weeks to ensure speed is not degraded. That said, I would highly recommend this app for anyone looking to test without concern of the support being their to back you up when needed. Anna, your team is lucky to have you! Scott G.

I downloaded this app to ensure we were compliant with regulations around Google fonts. Susan assisted me and went above and beyond to help me and get the store looking exactly right. She helped me solve this headache and I can definitely recommend giving this app a try, the support is amazing.

Very easy to install and set-up. The chat feature for help is an awesome feature and David answered my question quickly and effectively using screenshots. Highly recommend this app for custom fonts!

Fontify was the first app installed for my store and as a new user, I was a bit overwhelmed by everything. I decided to reach out to support for some assistance and they were INCREDIBLE. Anna, from support, helped me achieve all the customizations I asked for in a timely manner and did not hesitate to help further when needed.
