We have had the app installed for about two weeks. Occasionally, some emails didn’t come through, but that was more our fault. Now, however, the entire website and app have been down for several hours. Support is not responding, and the codes are not being sent out. This MUST NOT happen, as OUR customers now have to wait longer for their codes. Should I now send them out manually? And when will everything be running again?
