THE WORST APP ON EARTH. DO NOT USE! Support do not answer and when they do they solve nothing. We have been stuck with thousands of orders and no serial numbers for the past 3 days.
We have apologised on many occasions for the incident that the app slowed down and have given the updates during the optimisations. Our system is running stable despite the peak volume experienced. You've been with us for multiple years with 2 stores. I think these two 1 star reviews you gave us do not reflect the whole period you've been using the app (and still have it installed as of today). Yet the only two 1 star reviews are from the same company Safari Pedals/ Tuned plugins. We are happy to service you and hope you revise your opinion and not base it on a single incident.

Really easy to use. We have been using it since 2022. We had an issue recently that was fixed very quickly and the support team came on a call to help fix it!

We have had the app installed for about two weeks. Occasionally, some emails didn’t come through, but that was more our fault. Now, however, the entire website and app have been down for several hours. Support is not responding, and the codes are not being sent out. This MUST NOT happen, as OUR customers now have to wait longer for their codes. Should I now send them out manually? And when will everything be running again?

Works really well, and if you run into something that doesn't, their support is very helpful and they actively implement your feedback.

The app works amazingly well! We use it to send codes to our customers, and it’s incredibly easy to use. It’s user-friendly and has made our process so much smoother. Highly recommend it!

This app has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store!! It's super easy to set up, and the instant code delivery has greatly improved our customers' experience. BAD PRODUCT WITH TERRIBLE SERVICE. They stopped answering support calls and the app is not working for 3 days straight.

We needed a solution to sell online class access and all the other apps felt like overkill for our setup. This app is perfect. Configuration is simple and intuitive. It feels well thought out, and functions exactly as advertised. When we needed help with the customer account page and displaying the purchased codes history, and with email responsiveness, their team worked with us to find solutions and followed through. They were quick to respond, pleasant, and helpful. Highly recommend!

We use the app to fulfill eProducts and it works great. In the few times we ran into issues, support was very responsive and was able to address the issues. The support team was also able to rush a feature for us to help prevent fraud cases that we were experiencing. Great team!

This app is very easy to use and very practical. We send code to access to some apps and videos, and everything is smooth ! The Support Chat is very quick and very good.

Your apps currently can't not work, https://app-codes.foridev.com/ , the URL shows DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN, and our paid app also can't not work now, is there anyone fixing the problem now ? update: your app is really good, but don't forget it's a paid app, when your service shut down, also affected your clients' business. You should avoide for this situation happened again, and prepare some backup for your service.
Thank you for informing us! The issue has been resolved. The app works fine as usual. The issue was with the domain service provider, and we were waiting when the DNS records will be updated from their side.

We're just rolling out a new product line and need to sell serialised activation codes. We tried a few different apps that are available but this was by far the easiest and best integrated into Shopify of the ones we used. We needed a little help configuring the SMTP server but had swift support from the Foridev Team and the problem was fixed immediately. I understand the team are based in the Ukraine so wish them well during these difficult times !

Tested it out the capabilities of the app by putting in some mock purchases through, as well as having other people run some test orders in. The app works very well so far, and all the orders put through were taken care of as expected. Very simple to use and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to send out codes.

I use this app because I'm selling codes for my app. I send the app codes to the app, and it does it automatically. easy to use, great service, highly recommend.
