I never leave any reviews but the Hulk team is absolutely amazing! They reply within minutes and are very helpful in resolving any issues. I never expected this kind of service from a form building app but they have been extremely helpful in finding solutions to all my questions! Highly recommend!!

Still new to the app, but wanted to leave a review for the customer service. Shoutout to Vatsal. Getting help was super easy and they were kind and patient. A good support experience makes me more inclined to stick with an app especially once ready to scale and move to a paid service. So far so good, thanks Hulk form builder!

I learned I need to upgrade to the Pro Version to achieve what I want, but it was presented nicely and I'm now confident I will enjoy the upgrade. SAn they offered to help me implement which is huge. Thanks!

Very comprehensive form builder with sufficient customization options. I tried a number of form apps and this was the one that actually worked with my Horizion theme site. There was a small glitch with a form in Safari and their support team fixed the issue right away. Highly recommend this app!

We needed a form app for our 6 Shopify stores and I decided to use this. After challenges with linking Policies in an Optin Consent form and spending time with their support team - I discovered that there was a bug in their Source Code editor and communicated that to the support team member (Cristian) who kind of shrugged it off. I have spent a bit on their support trying to figure out the issue. When working with their Paragraph form element and you are using their WYSIWYG editor and switching to Source code and using the full screen editor UI - the form will not save - so beware. I should as for money back - this is one of the more expensive form apps at $15/month. But now I am too invested. We are trying to get 10DLC compliance and have to have disclaimers on all our site form optins.

Très bonne application pour réaliser des questionnaires sur son site. C'est gratuit, facile d'utilisation et le chat est très réactif.
