A very useful app, the free version can use most of the functions. The customer service is also very good, very patient and quick to respond!

Very good app, just provide more elements for form in free plan. And should give country, state, city dropdown elements as well.

Fantastic support & smooth setup! I’ve been using the Hulk Form Builder for my Shopify store and needed help connecting a custom “Barter This Item” button. Chirag and the Hulk team were amazing — they quickly created a backup theme, fixed the issue, and even provided clear video instructions. The button now works perfectly on my new theme, and I couldn’t be happier! The support was professional and friendly. This app is very easy to use and its very impressive what it can do! Even on the free version, I can customize my form and fields to a level I wouldn't expect for the free version.

Sadly, the Google Sheets integration, which I paid $20 for, does not work automatically. I need to use Zapier for it to publish every single time I receive a submission. Wasted a lot of time setting it up to end up having to use another app.
