mostly decent, but the editing of the form is lacking. And for some reason I cant get the form to change width. ugh

*UPDATED* MISSING KEY FEATURE: We needed to be able to edit the admin email (the email we get when someone fills out our form) into a simple format of just data (for copying/pasting) and were told this email is not editable. Bummer! Unfortunately this is a non-negotiable for us since we do this copy/paste daily. For this reason alone, I'm choosing to uninstall. ************************************************* I am new to this app (we use a different form app on another one of our stores), so I was curious to see how it would go. The form was relatively simple to create and embed but we had a field we wanted removed from the address line. I reached out to support and their response time was pretty much immediate. However the person chatting with me had to pass me on to someone else to work on the fix. It did take several hours for the change to take, but Vishal was helpful to get our form looking/working exactly as we wanted and that's what I want in an app/developer! For now, based on my experience, I recommend Hulk Form Builder if you want customizable forms that are easy to use and support staff that's willing and able to help. This is hands down one of the best apps on Shopify. We’ve been using it for years, and I can’t even remember when we first installed it - it has worked flawlessly ever since. The most impressive part? We’ve only ever used the free features. On the rare occasions when I needed support (just twice over the years), the team responded immediately and resolved everything quickly. If we ever need any of their paid features, this will be the first place to check.

Easy to use forms with functionality for everything you'll ever need in Shopify! Built-in styling works great and there are options for those of us who like to add custom CSS styles too. Truly well-made app, and customer support are fast and responsive.

The app is pretty simple to use, and has provided exactly what i wanted which was a space for customers to upload images via a form. I had a small issue which was rapidly fixed by Adna from the team via the chat box! Very satisfied with this product.
