This app is the best. Beginner friendly. Easy to edit and build the forms and the customer service is phenomenal. I built my form with no issues. I just didn’t know how to embed it into my website. Contacted support and Cristian was great. Professional and knowledgeable. Had my form embedded on my website within 10 minutes. Highly recommend

Straight forward builder, does the job reliably which is not a regular thing with Shopify apps. Plus: if there ever are questions, the support is really fast, kind and good.
