This app is amazing for all types of forms. I used it on my website for sign up ups, interest forms, and surveys. Literally 3 pages of forms and I have no issues at all, just great results and easy to use forms. On top of that, they are easy to design so that they can match the website layout.

Whenever I encounter issues, the tech support team is very prompt to assist. Currently, I'm using the free version to test out how this form will perform on my site. Therefore, I may provide an updated review in the future.

This app has been very helpful to get my store up and running. I have found the app works extremely reliably and always as expected. Customer service has been helpful on the few, random occasions I had questions or wanted to ask for clarification on how something functioned.

Sanjay was the most patient rep that I’ve had in a while. He really walked me through how to update an integrate my domain so helpful sent video tutorials screen shares on how to navigate through the system very patient. Thank you so much for all your help today.

I needed a form where people can upload files and this is perfect. It was easy to create and design the form how I needed it to be and implement onto my shop. Muaza from support on live chat was amazing and helped me when my form appeared on two pages and I couldn't work out how and why. Muaza fixed the problem there and then and explained what had happened - when you add your form as a block it will add to each page that uses that template. However, if you insert the short code in to the html it'll show on that page only.

I have installed the Hulk form builder app earlier this week and ran into some issues getting it to appear live. I was amazingly pleased that they immediately replied after my support request and after a few emails, we resolved the issue. Muaza was not only patient and helpful but also a real pro who knew his stuff. Mitch

I love this app! It works so perfectly for our wholesale application form , and it syncs with shopify fields! The support was super helpful assisting me with all kinds of questions and customizations. Highly recommend!

Excellent customer service. I had an issue that was caused by something I was doing wrong and they helped me resolve it immediately at 10pm at night! I highly recommend this app!
