Very Disappointed - App stopped submitting emails re orders 16/1/25 and when we enquired they said its an issue with them and sparcpost and they are "working on it" thats now almost 2 weeks and still not working and no correspondence from the app devs on the outage - basically they seem to be keeping it quiet. Please check with them before you load the app as basically it doesnt work correctly. We are now moving to another form builder app that does work and keeps their customers updated

We're currently on a couple of weeks without email service from our forms, and it's time consuming to pull the time sensitive info from the app. There is no ETA for a resolution. I've been told they could send me a spreadsheet, but it's been days since and nothing. Bummed, because we used this app for a couple of years without a problem.

All I can do is reiterate what everyone else is saying: no app is perfect, and it will fail occasionally. The absolute minimum you could do is NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS. If you don’t tell us, we won’t know it’s not working. It’ll just look like a slow day in the office—we have no way of knowing that customers are submitting enquiries. Hulk’s incompetence has cost us thousands in lost sales. Pathetic, useless company.

This app is constantly 'experiencing issues'. I've been using it for a year now, and I've missed multiple sales because of an ongoing issue with the app not sending notifications when a form is submitted. Would not recommend.

Very easy installation and start up. Very intuitive to use and lots of features even on the free plan.

Very poor service and support from the staff. Hulk form builder has been down for 2 weeks now and all i can get from their support team is we are working to fix this issue as soon as possible. This is not good enough as i am losing on business quotes and enquiries and they cannot offer me any further assistance. Very disappointing.

Slow support, support doesnt help at all with no ETA. it's been about 4-5 days and app doesn't work. Built a contact us page but when submit no message saying it's submitted and it's not coming through. I don't know what developers are doing but they need to do better...

1 star is more than enough for this app. It doesn't work. Their email feautre has been down for several days and if you reach out to their support their answer is "We dont know when its back" Highly unreliable. We are trying to switch all of our forms to a different tool. Don't waste your time with this app!

We have been using Hulk Forms since November in that time there has now been 3 times where their service has failed to notify us of leads. I am not sure what is going on behind the scenes but we need reliable provider. We are looking for other providers and we do like Hulk forms but we need reliability.

A Trash app. Not only does is not work half the time. They do not send you updates to let you know that their EMAIL SERVICE is not working and has not been for weeks!!! So all those leads that were not coming in where 100% on this app not being functional!! A complete joke. Then when you reach out, they try to give you a copy and paste reason as to why the app is not working. Which means they have been sending this response to EVERYONE!!! Can't wait to not be refunded for the money we spent on an app that DOES NOT WORK!!!!

This is the 3rd time in a month that the Hulk form builder has stopped sending the forms through to our email, it's getting ridiculous now. We're looking for a new solution as this is just happening far too often.

I have been using this app for a while, but I can't say I am happy. They keep having a problem sending the information submitted by my customers via the forms to my email account, so if your forms are used for time critical or important business requests, i would think twice about using this solution. Their developer is never really around, probably in bed. I am looking for a more reliable solution. Annoyed, frustrated, yes all of the above.

I had a great experience with Hulk Form Builders. Their immediate assistance and support made using the app a much better experience. Special thanks to Andres for his help. I'm glad I chose this app to build my contact form.

This app has been a life saver! The interface is very easy to use, customizable & has a great back end system to keep track of form submissions. The support team has been a great help with making sure everything was set up perfectly.

Very very helpful and useful, I needed some assistance building my form so I clicked onto the help chatroom, the person that messaged me was very helpful and solved my problem straight away. Amazing app, with amazing support, definitely a must use.
