I like the app so much it does what I want. very easy to set up the form. Also I am very happy with the help support, anytime i send a message that I have a problem, less than an hour they answer. they answers all questions and help me to understand how everything is working. 5 stars

This app... makes forms AND puts them on your store front! If that's not enough for you their support team respond quick, and fixed the issue within a couple of hours. I could ask for more but that would require me being a more imaginative person than I am. Well done Hulk Form Builder!

wasted 5 hours of my life as this doesn’t operate with shopify integration. forced to subscribe to pro version to resolve but no use! now stuck with subscription................

Very good app, just provide more elements for form in free plan. And should give country, state, city dropdown elements as well.
