Very good app, just provide more elements for form in free plan. And should give country, state, city dropdown elements as well.

Sadly, the Google Sheets integration, which I paid $20 for, does not work automatically. I need to use Zapier for it to publish every single time I receive a submission. Wasted a lot of time setting it up to end up having to use another app.

This app offers a very user-friendly form. The customer support is also kind and responsive — they answered my questions promptly.

The free version is still really great, and gives you some customisation.
