The forms look great and the customer support is spot on.
The support provided is useless, and even times triples the time lost. All limitations, which make the app unusable, are kept hidden. You can not create multi-language forms, there are no api to retrieve data sent through the forms, do not make available webhook (server-side), you have to open a ticket to enable the privacy policy field type, other ticket for javascript postsubmit, other tickets to enable translation. Avoid.

Just installed and set up first form for a survey. A little confusing as to how to set up elements and size requirements for the header image. Help center was perfect and rapid response.

Many of the filled in forms do not show up correctly when emailed. I've noticed many fields are missing or not filled in even if they are set as required. I use Hulk Form Builder on all my websites, but it isn't reliable anymore.
Unreliable and costly to our business - avoid this app! This app came highly recommended by our tech consultant, so we trusted it for our customer communication needs. Unfortunately, we only discovered that form submissions weren’t being delivered after customers began calling to ask why their emails had gone unanswered. Upon investigation, we first thought the issue had been going on for at only six months - but a deeper dive into years of form submissions revealed it had been happening the entire time we’ve used this app, since 2023. To make matters worse, the failures were intermittent, which made the issue especially difficult to notice at first. Some submissions would go through while others wouldn’t, giving the false impression that everything was working as expected. This breakdown in communication severely impacted our ability to serve customers and cost us valuable time and trust. We reported the issue through our consultant, and Hulk refunded us for one year of service. However, based on what we've now uncovered, the app has been failing from the start, and a full refund would be more appropriate. A failure of this scale should have been proactively communicated to users, but they never informed us there was an issue ; we had to tell them
