I found this app very easy to use and was able to easily customize it to tie into my website. When I needed help, the support team was prompt and fantastic.

Customer service was great. I needed something done that was apart of the pro section but Deepa was still able to make those changes.

Hulk Form Builder is an excellent app! It's easy to use, highly customizable, and perfect for creating professional forms on Shopify. The support team is fantastic—Vatsal quickly helped remove the branding, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommended!

Terrible customer attitude — their mail servers stopped delivering form submissions for OVER A WEEK and they never notified customers or kept us abreast of their progress. Completely broke our customer service chain and their own CS people said they should communicate better — yet nobody ever took the time to reach out. This was not the first time their mail servers went down for days. RUN to another form provider!

Very Disappointed - App stopped submitting emails re orders 16/1/25 and when we enquired they said its an issue with them and sparcpost and they are "working on it" thats now almost 2 weeks and still not working and no correspondence from the app devs on the outage - basically they seem to be keeping it quiet. Please check with them before you load the app as basically it doesnt work correctly. We are now moving to another form builder app that does work and keeps their customers updated

We're currently on a couple of weeks without email service from our forms, and it's time consuming to pull the time sensitive info from the app. There is no ETA for a resolution. I've been told they could send me a spreadsheet, but it's been days since and nothing. Bummed, because we used this app for a couple of years without a problem.

All I can do is reiterate what everyone else is saying: no app is perfect, and it will fail occasionally. The absolute minimum you could do is NOTIFY YOUR CUSTOMERS. If you don’t tell us, we won’t know it’s not working. It’ll just look like a slow day in the office—we have no way of knowing that customers are submitting enquiries. Hulk’s incompetence has cost us thousands in lost sales. Pathetic, useless company.

This app is constantly 'experiencing issues'. I've been using it for a year now, and I've missed multiple sales because of an ongoing issue with the app not sending notifications when a form is submitted. Would not recommend.

Very poor service and support from the staff. Hulk form builder has been down for 2 weeks now and all i can get from their support team is we are working to fix this issue as soon as possible. This is not good enough as i am losing on business quotes and enquiries and they cannot offer me any further assistance. Very disappointing.

Slow support, support doesnt help at all with no ETA. it's been about 4-5 days and app doesn't work. Built a contact us page but when submit no message saying it's submitted and it's not coming through. I don't know what developers are doing but they need to do better...

1 star is more than enough for this app. It doesn't work. Their email feautre has been down for several days and if you reach out to their support their answer is "We dont know when its back" Highly unreliable. We are trying to switch all of our forms to a different tool. Don't waste your time with this app!

We have been using Hulk Forms since November in that time there has now been 3 times where their service has failed to notify us of leads. I am not sure what is going on behind the scenes but we need reliable provider. We are looking for other providers and we do like Hulk forms but we need reliability.
