Application relativement simple d'utilisation qui m'a permise de créer un formulaire de contact rapidement et efficacement. J'ai également contacté le service client pour une petite modification que je voulais effectuer et cela a été fait très rapidement. Je vous recommande cette application.

We've had a great experience for a while with Hulk Forms but recently we keep having days where submissions aren't sent to our email so that we aren't aware that our customers are communicating with us. We've let Hulk Forms know about this issue in the past and they've told us they're working on the issue. However too much time has elapsed on our end to really justify the risk of missing submissions to stick with them since the issue persists.

Excellent App and fantastic customer service! Juan helped me very quickly resolve minor issues I was having. He responded literally in minutes and I was up and running in less than 15 minutes! Thank you Juan! You ROCK! :)

Forms have stopped working, company are aware of the issue but haven't thought to inform Shopify stores, I can understand the issue happening, but not to let your customers know is such a poor service. We've had several complaints about not getting back to customers.

Hulk Form Builder has made it simple for me to get information from my customers, with notification and their entries sent right to my email. The form was easy to for me to give a professional appearance and provided many options for customization (one of my fields is to select one of 50 states from a drop-down menu). Their app has helped me deliver better service to my customers. Thank you, Arijana, for walking me through!

Works great, its a simple and easy way to get form uploads in Shopify without having to do your own complex setup. I had an technical issue, but there support responded in 2 minutes and fixed it right away.

Great experience as my issue was quickly resolved and was able to get on with the task that required doing. Very attentive and great with communication :)
