Hulk Contact Form Builder

A fantastic app! I recently needed to create a form-based campaign, and this app was perfect for it. Although there were a few minor issues along the way, the team resolved them promptly. Highly recommended.

Waste of time

I had an issue with the form on my website and they helped me, with much patience. I appreciate it! Thank you!

Highly recommended with exceptional service!

Ken was really helpful in answering all my questions and implementing features. Having a good experience with this app so far! Highly recommended.

This app is very easy to use and its very impressive what it can do! Even on the free version, I can customize my form and fields to a level I wouldn't expect for the free version.

Perfect app for our needs, excellent customer support, don't look any further and install it ;)

Very fast support, quick issue resolution, and super friendly team (thanks Ken) – highly recommend HulkApps!

Great customer service and the App is easy to use. Thank you.

Sadly, the Google Sheets integration, which I paid $20 for, does not work automatically. I need to use Zapier for it to publish every single time I receive a submission. Wasted a lot of time setting it up to end up having to use another app.

This app offers a very user-friendly form. The customer support is also kind and responsive — they answered my questions promptly.

The free version is still really great, and gives you some customisation.

My experience with Juan was amazing! He solved my problem quickly and understood exactly what my problem was when I explained it. Amazing service today!! Thank you so much again!
