I have loved using the Hulk Forms Builder App, Manoj and the team have always been just a message away and were happy to help. They were patient and went above and beyond to help me understand things! I would definitely recommend them.

Works really well, easy to customise to fit into your theme & reasonably priced too. Very user friendly so have only had to use support once but when I did that was satisfactory too. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. A development request for the future - it would be helpful to be able to select multiple fields for the 'only show if' function.

So happy I found this app. I needed a custom form for one of my services and my theme didn't have the option for custom fields so I added this app. It was really easy to integrate and the support team was incredibly helpful.

Incredibly easy to use. The Spanish translation is however incorrect so that makes moving through menus a bit confusing, but still, 5/5 stars

Hulk Form Builder seems to be meeting our needs nicely. We have been using this app for about 18 months now (started on free plan but then upgraded to pro plan). We have initiated chats with support a number of times now for integration questions, custom code, and issues and they have always been very prompt and easy to deal with. The documentation could be more robust but that is easily mitigated for with the live support. We are very satisfied the app and the support team.

Very comprehensive form building options and great customer assistance. We had an issue getting email notifications coming through to our email but Emira with the customer service team was able to step in and correct the issue very quickly. Highly recommend the upgrade to pro, as it gives greater form flexibility options.

Very easy to use, helps to collect client details for my bridal business. I had a few questions when I was setting up and the staff was super prompt and provided easy instructions with screenshots so I could see how to do things. Very happy with the Hulk Form Builder App.
