Very good app! They helped build a custom feature to prepopulate one element of the form based on the page the form is opened on. It works perfectly, I'm grateful for the support! I do wish there was an option to remove the "Powered by HulkApps" from forms on the free plan, as we did not require the pro features, but had to upgrade simply for that.

So far, so good. My only quibble is that the conditional logic is limited. For example, I'd like to be able to check a number field for greater than or less than conditions. I'd did a workaround, so no problem. Other than that, the app is excellent.

Vedran is the best! He is proactive and helped me with my request quickly and smoothly. This app is great as well. Definitely recommend it to other users who are looking to install a third-party form app.

Works great, its a simple and easy way to get form uploads in Shopify without having to do your own complex setup. I had an technical issue, but there support responded in 2 minutes and fixed it right away.

They are so helpful and the app is so easy to be configured that i’ll subscribe to the paid version ! It’s always a good test to see how the devs help when you are on free plan. They were great! But the paid will give so much more opportunities that it worth it- and now i know they will be there if i have issues. Thanks a lot!

I really like this app! It has the features I need and is easy to use. I had an issue with one of my forms not saving, so I contacted support via chat. They responded immediately and, over a couple of days, fixed the issue.
