Update: Still the Best Customer Support a year later! I overlooked basic user information and Haris, an actual human, walked me through every single thing. On a weekend. Monday morning rolled around and I had a new question. Vedran was on duty today. He had the patience of a saint, just like Haris. I love the elegance of the simple functions in this app.

The app is only slightly more expensive than the form app I was originally using but is much easier to use and has loads more features. Loving it. The service is super quick too.

Hulk Form Builder is the best form-building app I've been able to find after trying several others. Its straight to the point, not like other. It gives you many fields you would typically need to create a form, Its easy to customize and work with.
