Wasted 20 minutes trying to set up form and it never worked, i tried installing the snippet of code and selecting the specific page I wanted the form in, but it just doesn't work for some reason

Outstanding app! It does exactly what I expected and more. It turns out it wasn't the right tool for the job in my case, which was trying to create a product recommendation quiz for Shopify. However, it's a fantastic feature-rich contact form, and will definitely use this in the future. I was thrilled to see how many awesome features were given even with the free service. It's great to see. Well done Hulky-folks.

I have been using this app for a while and am very pleased with it. I had trouble with replacing an existing form on my site with a new hulk form, and Eldin with tech support quickly helped me and went above and beyond to ensure everything was exactly how I wanted it. Highly recommend!

Cette application de création de formulaires est vraiment parfaite. Plusieurs plans sont proposés, dont un gratuit qui est déjà assez complet. L'application se paramètre très facilement et fonctionne parfaitement. Quand au service client, j'ai eu une réponse en moins de 2 minutes. Je recommande !

A free version worth using. Unlike so many Shopify form builder apps the free version actually has good functionality. Support is also good. As a WP developer I can't really in good conscience give any Shopify app 5 stars as they are in general a rip off, but this one is well worth 4.5.
