Easy and painless. It wasnt clear what was needed at first to help take care of my request however, they gave me step by step on what they needed from to me to carry out my request. Once that was done it took less than 3 minutes and they carried exactly what i needed. Thank you to the team

I love the Form Builder app! It meets my business needs 100%. I am also a huge fan of the customer service team especially Deepa and SanjaySinh. They went above and beyond to make sure that my design requests were completed to your liking. I would rate the service 12/10.

This app is so easy to use and the support is great. We used the forms to connect different people to different services. The automation works great so that the requests are directed to the correct department for follow up. We also used it for privacy policy agreements, which was a lifesaver. Highly recommended.

We used this app to allow multiple forms that send responses to different people. It's easy to set up and simple to add to the site. The support is also great, as they helped me fix an issue that was clearly something I should have found on my own.

We had a developer add a form for us & she chose this app- so I can't say how easy it was to set up etc but it does everything I need it to. Love having an image upload, I'm sure we have received more orders because of it.

Love the simplicity of the form building and then adding the form to my site is easy. It’s also easy to keep track of the filled out forms. I would like the app better if along with the form there could be some kind of layout design element to go along with it. Other than that, great app.
