Did not find anything free on this app as advertised. Every button I pressed to create a form tells you to upgrade to use that feature. Not impressed.

Below mentioned features are available for our Free version: - Unlimited forms - Self-notifications (email) - Respondent notifications (email) - Complete design customization - Export form submissions - File Upload (unlimited storage) - Conditional logic - Custom thank you message You don't have to go for PRO if you don't need any advanced personalization. Let us know if you need any help in creating a form, our team will gladly take care of your needs.

This is a great app and the support has been excellent. The free version is a great starting point and the advanced is the next step for clients that require more functionality. Highly recommended!

We recently migrated from another popular provider over to Hulk Apps to experience a bit UX design for our users, faster load times, and generally just a better app and support team to deal with. Needless to say, the support and response times were excellent and we got some custom modifications up and running in no time. Highly recommend :)

I would have appreciated knowing that the app can only be used with Shopify after a plan is selected before going ahead and designing a full form. Other than that great attention to details and setting availability.

This application is very simple to use and quite powerful! When I was having some small problems implementing them, the customer service was very easy to work with. Would highly recommend for anyone thinking about installing this plugin.

An application does what it says, it has a nice design and you can build nice forms using it if you want to check our forms visit www.escapewatches.com

Wonderful! So far with the free plan, we have designed a form for customer requests for custom orders and a form for customer feedback for our site. We also use the Contact Us form via HulkApps. Great system for simple customization!

Great little App. Even the free plan is enough for most shops. we use this App across our two shopify stores. easy to install and you can be up and running in minutes. Recommend.

Wonderful app that took my website to the next level. The customization for each form is awesome, the only con is that if you want to add something in the middle of the form, you have to delete sections up to that point then redo those sections. Had a minor hiccup and the support team got back within 24hrs and were very nice. Overall a great app!

The Form Builder works well, but the service that I received from HulkApps was even better. I had a tracking code that I needed to put into the form and they made it work!

Hulk Apps makes some great FREE apps. This form builder works nicely for my purpose. I like that it uses googles recaptcha, file uploads, and many other field types to create any type of form you wish. If I had to be picky Id like to see forms load a touch quicker besides that it great :) Update: it's still a good app however disappointed they didn't notify me of changes of adding paid premium features that once was free. Eg notifications sent to email when customers submit form. I missed 3 sales because of it so roughly $400 down and making my support look terrible. If you're willing to check app daily for form submissions then its still a good free app. I understand devs deserve to get paid for their work, but please next time give us a heads up so doesn't hurt users accustomed to previous versions of FREE features.

The basic app is just perfect for those that need to build forms for their Shopify store. If you need any custom work, be sure to reach out to hulkcode. They helped us make our amazing inquire page exactly how we wanted it! The price was very reasonable and the response time was superb. Their ongoing support is just amazing and one of the best around. For no additional cost, they have helped us tweak our installation to just get it perfect for our needs. The service has always been friendly and helpful. I've never gotten a maybe or no but always a genuine yes for further assistance.
