I love this Form Builder App. It's simple, intuitive, and easy to use - I think it's one way we can provide an efficient and streamlined customer experience to our customers and Customer Service Team both! We've gotten exactly what we needed from it.

Easy to set up. I had one question about disabling auto response and they gave me the solution very quickly.

We had a developer add a form for us & she chose this app- so I can't say how easy it was to set up etc but it does everything I need it to. Love having an image upload, I'm sure we have received more orders because of it. Have since made another form personally, had issues integrating it & Vatsal was excellent in sorting it out.

I use this app to create a support contact form for customers who need to send me images. Nothing fancy -- it just works.

Customer service is not helpful. We have 3 forms on our website we rely on, but this app has been working incorrectly for at least 3 weeks. I've asked several (4 times) times for help, I've sent and resent concise information, but in the end no help received. The last response I got (6 days ago) was "I'll forward this to the developers and they'll get back to you once its done". Still no response. The app is useless if we can't get it to work.

Hi, one question, where can I find API documentation for you app. I have made a token in admin panel, but that is pretty much it, Where to go further? Great app in other segments, though.

This app does not integrate with Help Scout. We used this app to build a form that would submit a response to a Gmail inbox. From that Gmail inbox, it was to be forward to Help Scout. However, Google blocks this app from forwarding emails from going anywhere. Not worth the time/stress.

Great form builder with many options in the paid version. Support is fast to answer any questions or problems with using the app. Highly recommend.

Yes, they came online in the chat room very quickly. They asked the right questions, and Deepa understood my problem with the form's URL and was able to help me save precious minutes.

This app gets customers to email me with their custom stencil requests... it works well - the forms are easy customizable and look great - I had a query and the customer service was fast and efficient.

Super easy to use, very interactive with loads of options and looks professional on my website. The support team is very fast which is a bonus.

The form we built using this app works well, except that it is incompatible with our email (Office 365), so we are unable to take advantage of having email confirmations look like they are coming from our own business. We are looking into work-arounds. Hulk Apps tech support was very responsive and friendly; they just weren't able to provide a workable solution.

Really great app, I am on the free plan (at the moment) but will probably upgrade when the time is right. I had a specific coding requirement and they fixed this for me very quickly with friendly service. I can't complain about anything! Thanks, Guy
