Their ongoing support is just amazing and one of the best around. For no additional cost, they have helped us tweak our installation to just get it perfect for our needs. I tried several forms and this one was the easiest to create and have it integrate perfectly with my site without many limitations (like others). There were a few configurations I had trouble with on my own (dropdowns popping up based off a selection and auto responder) but their technical team fixed both of my issues promptly. I am very happy with the form builder and their technical service team and would recommend them to others.

Don't waste your time. This app is glitchy at best and horrific at worst. It doesn't work at all the way you envision. They need some better engineers.

Is there a way of calculating the number of units being ordered ?

Exactly what I needed. Very user friendly. I need an form that could collect receipts. Forms online with this functionality charge because they know it's high in demand. I am glad HulkApps made this feature free. The app itself tends to freeze for a few seconds and I'm not sure what's causing it. However, there is no issue with the app or how it works while live on the website. I am very please with the functionality and user friendliness of this app.

Works beautifully! I needed to add a lot of custom fields to the form. I have tested it a few times and edited it over and over, which was really easy. Just a little slow to load, but I have some text on the page also which loads first, so it is fine!

GUI is nice and integrates nicely with Shopify.. but the app is a bit buggy... the file and image upload forms failed to capture the image or file data in the form and wouldn't forward to the capture point aka the email inbox when the form was completed and submitted... opened ticket to try to resolve and exploring other form options

Highly recommended. Best app we have used on shopify. We required a very specific form and it was incredibly simple to create with more than enough features. Support got back to us within hours. Definitely trying their other apps and themes out.

This is a great app. It's extremely useful and versatile. You can pretty much do anything you can think of with this app. The user interface is well built and easy to use. We were set up and building forms within 5 minutes. Honestly, the best part has been the support team. They contact you right back and get the issues resolved quickly. Super awesome app!
