I am so thankful to have found this app. I tried a couple other ones before this, and they lacked the customization I needed for the admin emails. This one allows us to send the emails in exactly the format needed for our customer service software. Also, I needed some more advanced functionality for a couple of our contact forms, and the support team was able to implement it exactly the way we had hoped.
