Extremely helpful and responsive to all of my many requests.

Great app for collecting submissions, in our case for a raffle connected to an offline activity. Had issues exporting submissions from one form, but with the help of the support team, especially Emma, I got my export within minuntes.

Good app does the work it's made for. Their customer service is so helpful and very fast ( thank you Emma !)

Without Emme, these apps would be very difficult to understand; I would only give them 2-3 stars. Her explanations earn them 5 stars. There are many parts that are unfriendly and hard to understand. Thank you, Emme! These apps wouldn't work without you!!

I use Powerful Form Builder for so many different things across my website now and honestly couldn’t run things the same without it. It’s helped make my business and website feel so much more professional, especially with the amount of information I need to collect from customers before and after they order. It’s easy to use, does exactly what I need it to do, and whenever I’ve wanted to change something or couldn’t figure something out, the support has been unreal. Emma in particular great. She’s helped me out so many times now and is always patient, quick to respond and actually takes the time to understand what I’m trying to do rather than just sending a generic answer. Really happy with the app and the support. Definitely 5 stars from me.
