We are still testing the App, but so far it has good custom possibities. What I appreciate the most, is the great customer support they are offering. The customer service agent Emma is always very eager and quick to help me with any requests I have, which was a great help so far.

Works well for custom forms. Sometimes crashes but the staff service is really good.

It was highly customizable and covered everything I wanted. Emma, the support staff, was very helpful.

The support was quick and excellent. One star is missing because UX features in the upload handling need improvement for a perfect experience.

Fantastic support, they had an actual human (thanks Emma!) who updated the CSS for a form to match my website. The reason for 4 stars is that the Pro paid plan should include the "Date Field" form element, it's a pretty basic feature :)

Help is amazang, quick, helps a lot to find a way. I did not find a better way to create custom forms with zappier, shopify that actually works and are smart, quick to use and nice. One star down because of you have to have the PRO plan just if you need Zappier and just 1 form.

The timing of live support was not ideal for me in USA Central time zone, but once they got online they fixed the issue quickly!
