Got help from Taylor tody getting messages through to our email wich haven't worked for a while. Quick support and now it all works.

We had some issues today with the form background color and the email responder but Emma was able to rectify these issues in a very timely manner. We will continue to trial this application and update our review when completed setup. Thank again Emma!

Very good app to add custom forms - some small features in terms of tuning the UI are currently missing, but maybe already on the roadmap. Very userfriendly customer service, when using the chat functionality.

Product works great for our needs. Had some technical issues come up which is not ideal but the support team is quick to help us get it resolved.

Great usage for a small price. The app can cover many different use cases for forms. I'd appreciate it if the free version was a little more generous when it comes to the amount of forms that can be created/used (2-3 instead of just 1), but I understand the reasoning for that limitation. Nevertheless, a good app and also an awesome support from Emma.

We are still testing the App, but so far it has good custom possibities. What I appreciate the most, is the great customer support they are offering. The customer service agent Emma is always very eager and quick to help me with any requests I have, which was a great help so far.

Fantastic support, they had an actual human (thanks Emma!) who updated the CSS for a form to match my website. The reason for 4 stars is that the Pro paid plan should include the "Date Field" form element, it's a pretty basic feature :)

Help is amazang, quick, helps a lot to find a way. I did not find a better way to create custom forms with zappier, shopify that actually works and are smart, quick to use and nice. One star down because of you have to have the PRO plan just if you need Zappier and just 1 form.
