As soon as the trial ended, the app charged me a year's subscription. I subsequently uninstalled the app. I contacted support for a refund but received no response. I then contacted Shopify support, who, with their assistance, issued a refund. However, instead of applying the refund directly to my credit card, they credited my account with credits. This was completely ineffective. I contacted Shopify support, but they said credits couldn't be refunded to my credit card and directed me to contact the app development team, but I never received a response. I subsequently contacted Shopify support, who continued to help me communicate with the app team for over a month, but they told me they were unwilling to refund my one-year subscription. This was a truly terrible experience. It was a complete scam.
