I don't get what the hype is... upon setting up the forms I encountered so many difficulties - 1. all of my answered checkboxes are not showing in submissions 2. did not receive email upon checking and entering admin configure email 3. there's no submission complete message. all my answers were erased after clicking "Submit". There should be a thank you message afterward. Spoke to cs but they have a hard time understanding me just keep repeating the same thing... So disappointed and a waste of time.

I have had some great parts of this app and some frustrating parts, but the people who work for the app were able to fix my issues. For this, I’m giving this app 5 stars again. They were able to fix the initial horrendous look for the responses and now the responses look great.

So happy with the app and the service from the support team! Amazingly quick response time, I had my changes sorted within an hour of adding the app. I also found that I had to add an element to the form, then go back out, then back into that element before my edits would save. But overall, the form looks excellent and it was FREE! Completely brilliant.

Can't believe this app is free and also the online support is amazing, like others have mentioned, was looking to apply some custom CSS and the support folks were straight on it explaining what to do! All the options you could possibly want for a form are here, color picker, ranger selector, drop downs, email, text boxes, and many more. Highly recommended!

For a free app, this form building is great. It has all the options you'd expect (and a couple unexpected) and it's easy to use. The support staff was very responsive via a chat interface which is nice. There are some things lacking from this app but it's free so I can't complain. It certainly will meet your needs for basic functionality.

Full of bugs, not responsive, many options don't work correctly, layout is not well aligned, some field have incorrect default options. Service doesn't answer at all. Looks like it has never been tested. I'm so disappointed and frustrated because I lost many hours setting this form up and now I need to start over with another app. Showed it to a professional dev. He couldn't believe how cheap it is.

Form Builder-MyAppGurus is a very flexible app. It is a joy to use and I also appreciate the fact that it's completely free. I wanted to do some tinkering and didn't realize that it allows for that with a custom CSS-box. The guys from support were very diligent in pointing me to the right place. Problem solved within minutes. I would highly recommend this app!
