This app is totally awesome! Easy install. Simple yet comprehensive instructions. Absolutely the best customer support and so much more than a great live chat app. Includes newsletter (email) messaging, in-app pop up messages, integration with Google Analytics and others, helper bots and more. Love it.

I moved over from another chat app that was difficult to use and not timely in receiving chat requests. Formilla is neither of those! This is an awesome app. Easy to install. Easy to use. Fast connections with chat customers. The only thing it lacks is your potential customers cannot send pictures in chat thread. Formilla tells me this is going to be available very soon. Looking forward to that feature coming on board. This is the chat app to choose if you do not want to mess around with cumbersome installs, bots, etc. Simply download the app and you are chatting with customers in real-time!

Its a good app its simple and easy it's doing the job perfectly. i recommend it 100% Thanks for making such an amazing addon. One click install. No coding. Heaps of options. Looks great. Works great. Automation is insane. Couldn't be better. Oh and the mobile app works great too.

Surprised at how many chat requests we get per day after implementing this tool. Very happy so far and getting more conversions!

Works well, but (to my understanding) messages received while agents are offline don't have a contact option, so I'm not sure how we would get back to them. Otherwise very happy with how the app works!

I tried several chat apps before this one and none were halfway as efficient! I love that I can chat with my customers anywhere I am via my iphone app! This is so perfect!

Just great app, easy to use, lots of great features, immediately on, greatly customisable and localized. Support is fast and perfect. Android app works great as well as desktop version. It is great to be able to chat with customers while on the go...fantastic!

What an absolute beauty of an App. Totally ups your customer service game. Edit: It's now been a month since I've had Formilla live chat. I'm still blown away, it's the number one app I use on my phone because of the amazing notifications of visitor on your site in real-time. I quickly go on and see what product they are viewing and write a personalized message about the product. "Let me know If i can help you with 'product name'. I recommend this APP, it's more than a live chat, it's an entire CRM. Or just let the automated 'smart messages' do the work

I installed this app last night and have already had two chats with customers! So far so good. Easy to install and pretty intuitive. Although I have analytics connected to my site, I do like the real time tracking of customers. Hoping this will increase conversions.

I did no research on live chat apps and just picked one that showed up in Google. I was blown away. It just works, right out of the box. So simple, and effective. Customers love it. However, don't tell your friends you have it on your site, they will troll you.
