The charge you mentioned was generated by Shopify's subscription billing system, not by Foxify. Since the subscription was canceled after a new billing cycle had already begun, Shopify processed that billing cycle according to its app subscription policy. We completely understand how this could be confusing, so our team explained the billing process and has also worked with you to resolve the issue.
