Excellent theme with so many sections to choose from, starter themes are great and easily customisable. Lots of quality support documentation and videos available, and fantastic, prompt customer support when required. Highly recommend Minimog theme.

Excellent Support – Even for Non-Tech Users! We haven’t launched the new menu yet, so I can’t rate the final result – but the support has been outstanding! I’m not very technical, but the team was incredibly helpful, patient, and easy to communicate with. They explained everything clearly and really listened to my needs. It’s great to see such competent and user-friendly support. Highly recommended!

Brian at Foxkit support has been exceptional! He replies to my requests super quickly and has helped me with any small adjustment I need. If I am having trouble understanding how to use the app or a specific feature, he is always kind enough to teach me how to get it going. 10 out of 10!

Linh and Zuri were extremely helpful with all the questions I had. They were very responsive and very quick, I felt very supported and really appreciated the superior customer service. Still building my website but so far I'm really have with the theme and also the support that comes with it.

Essential App & The Fastest Support on Shopify The FoxKit app is an essential tool for anyone using the Minimog theme, adding powerful and easy-to-use features. What's even more impressive, however, is the support team. I was helped by Linh, who was absolutely phenomenal. She responded almost instantly and resolved my query in minutes. I've used dozens of Shopify apps, and I have never experienced support this fast or this effective. In the world of e-commerce, speed matters, and knowing that the FoxEcom team is there to help so quickly is invaluable. This is the gold standard for how app support should be done. 10/10.

After upgrading to a paid plan, you get access to live-chat support—and it’s stellar. The team is quick, friendly and genuinely committed to solving any issue. What holds the app back are the tight plan limits. On the €14 tier you’re capped at just 10 product bundles or 10 related-product blocks, which barely scratches the surface for a larger catalogue. Jumping to the unlimited plan costs around €90, a steep lift for young brands. I don’t recall the limits being this strict when I first installed the app, so that change feels disappointing. That said, the mega-menu and several other features work beautifully, so overall I’d give it 3 / 5 stars—great support and solid tools, but restrictive pricing.
