Unfortunately, some of the advertised features are not working as expected, despite support previously confirming their availability before installation. This has resulted in a significant waste of time on our end, and we're quite disappointed with how things have unfolded.

Foxkit has made our store so much better than just using a "standard" theme. We also use the Foxify Page Builder, among other things, and everything from functionality to fantastic support is top-notch! Often, they go above and beyond the usual support services. Thanks again for that! :)

I have nothing but praise for this app. It has helped take my website to new levels! There is nothing that the app cannot do for you. Support is amazing, they respond promptly to each and every question and go way out of their way to help! A big thankyou to Brian for his help and patience in helping me with a tricky area of coding! Awesome customer support! I installed FoxKit to get a "notify me" button for out of stock product. The text could not be translated in local languages for my international customers. I was considering installing the app and thought I would give the technical support team a chance to fix it. Usually, customer support team take not of the issue but rarely fix it. Here, the technical team was able to fix the issue within hours! So five start technical support. Now, I remove a star because that type of bug should be seen and fixed by the dev team before the app is released.

I was really so well helped by linh. I gave her access to my website and she immediately checked with me and adjusted everything for me. Super happy with Foxkit, really recommend it. The theme is also super good and you can really do a lot with it.
