Tried the app, but had to uninstall it immediately as it asked me to pay for past orders, not for the future orders that will come in.

Been using the app for a few months and it has been working great. Helps us identify possible fraud before we ship our products.

Terrible, does not work at all, buyer beware. If you try to hold orders to be processed after approval, app will simply complete the orders and process anyway. Non existent support team that does not respond to direct outreach or support requested through the all, I've tried 3 times. Uninstall and use a different app, not worth paying money for something that doesn't work and has non existent support for paying subscribers.
Hi Freedom Fitness, I just took a look at your ticket and see the original request was opened on March 15th and response was sent within 2 hours asking for details (timeline of events) for the order in question. It also appears your quick response 2 minutes after our request was grouped into the ticket status of (waiting for response) . None the less, we are happy to help get your account properly configured to your desired risk settings. I will need the timeline details of the order as I mentioned in my email to better understand what other apps and events interacted with the order to better assist you. We got this app to help automate fraud prevention. We had issues in the past with chargeback orders, mismatching address orders, etc. This app fit perfectly for what we needed. Even more, we ran into an issue with the address mismatch filtering portion of the app. I brought up the issue with the 10X support team. They immediately responded, took a look, were able to get to the core of the issue, and resolved it. It showed me they very much cared about their customers and helping them prevent fraud for their businesses. I would whole heartedly recommend this app and the creators to anyone!

we are shopify experts and this is a MUST HAVE on every site we develop for any customer, sometimes you are trilled by getting a 1K order and then less thank trilled when you get the charge back, dont even think about it. this is the FIRST APP you need in ANY shopify STORE, great job guys!!!!

One of the most important apps to have you installed in your store. The customer support is top notch, and the app works without you having to monitor anything. We run a multi-million dollar brand and this app has provided to be crucial. Plus, there recent feature additions make it even more powerful. Don't look elsewhere if you need a fraud app - this is it.

This app works as it should, especially for digital products resellers, it refunds the order before a download link is sent to the fraudsters, thats about 99% of the time, which is always an issue since. pixellogo.com

Cancels fraudulent orders but order confirmations are still sent to us, which means we still have to manually log in and check every order. This defeats the whole purpose of the app!
Hi, per our communication with you, this is something completely out of our control as Shopify does not all apps to access the Checkout system and the confirmation email is sent before we are able to access the order. We sympathize with your frustration since it's frustrating for us as well, but please understand that this app works entirely as described/intended and we have done everything in our control to create and offer a product that works to cancel fraudulent orders. Also, as high volume store owners ourselves, we strongly recommend not using a shipping setup that ships goods on orders that have been canceled since that would essentially ship any order that has been previously canceled. Easy install and clean uninstall. Automatically cancels transactions flagged by Shopify as high-risk. If that's all you want, the app will deliver it. This developer is technically proficient and fairly responsive, but inclined to cut corners. Email from app users may be discarded by overly aggressive spam filters. Don't expect them to spell your name correctly in correspondence. Why isn't this review 5 star? [-1 star] Unsupported and unclear legal customer consent requirements in app TOS, Section 9.4.1. [-1 star] Poor technical documentation. [-1 star] Support experience needs improvement.

Simple but important app that automatically cancels high-risk orders. We get a lot of orders and so this app cuts time it takes to manually cancel orders. Customer support is pretty responsive and helpful as well.

Great app, easy setup. I like the free version for smaller businesses. Highly recommended for small and new businesses.

This app is perfect for a very simple, straightforward function: automatically canceling high-risk orders. Why this isn't already baked into Shopify is puzzling, but Fraud Scanner has your back. Avoid chargebacks and losing your merchant services with this excellent app.

I used this app and it helped me find that more fraudulent orders were being made and i caught them and turned them into the police

We use this app to weed out all the high risk orders on all of our stores. It's very reliable and we don't have to do any work which is the best part. Also it's extremely affordable considering how much time we were spending sorting through fraudulent orders before! Definitely download this app immediately.

By far the best app on shopify. Saved me hundreds by automaticaly cancelling fraudulant orders. I had charge backs before. Never again thanks to 10x.

Super easy to set up. Does exactly what we need it to do and I dont have to spend time cancelling orders everyday!
