We have a huge fraud problem in our company. the scammers and using people cards to make purchases so all the info is correct besides the emails and phone number so it still pushing the orders through as not fraud because they are using people real info and card and doing charge backs to a scammer card that are a dupe of the customers card so the chargeback money is going to the scammer. so does this app work for fraud orders NO it does not.
Can you please contact us with the transaction IDs so we can review the rules and the settings you use?

wont work, perhaps not compatible with plus stores? Uninstalled and reinstalled still errors says to uninstall

Free advice : don't bother....overpriced, not reliable service. Some bugs ( ex. after review order , automatically capture the payment, regardless of order status - such order is not fulfilled yet ). Tons of false alarms, overpriced for simple database software. Update : still no response for reported issues, while app continue crappy service : 'internal server error' , false fraud triggering. Again : this is totally worthless.
Can you email us, [email protected], the details of the issues? So that we can assist you with the issues, maybe it's just a configuration matter.

The customer service is horrible. I was charged a monthly fee and should not have been. reached out and was told I have to contact Shopify for a refund. everyone knows shopify doesn't refund directly for apps the actually app company has too, its in writing everywhere on shopify support. I even provided this proof to the rep I spoke to. Please find another app to use.
We had agreed on the refund on the first reply to your email. And, we had also politely requested you to contact Shopify via the chat/email to initiate the refund process. (For this, we have also re-confirmed the refund process with Shopify Team, and this would be the right process). Anyway, can you please contact Shopify team via the chat/email at your account to initiate the refund? So that we can close the issue.
