FraudLabs Pro Fraud Prevention
The reviews for the FraudLabs Pro app are mixed, with both positive and negative feedback from users. Great App works just like it says. Have to give it some time for you to get used to. Think of it as an advanced part of Shopify's fraud detection
Install went smooth. Initial setup with name and email filters smooth. So far so good after 1/2 hr. App has many additional features of which I am not using yet. Lets wait and see how it performs.
We have a huge fraud problem in our company. the scammers and using people cards to make purchases so all the info is correct besides the emails and phone number so it still pushing the orders through as not fraud because they are using people real info and card and doing charge backs to a scammer card that are a dupe of the customers card so the chargeback money is going to the scammer. so does this app work for fraud orders NO it does not.

wont work, perhaps not compatible with plus stores? Uninstalled and reinstalled still errors says to uninstall

Free advice : don't bother....overpriced, not reliable service. Some bugs ( ex. after review order , automatically capture the payment, regardless of order status - such order is not fulfilled yet ). Tons of false alarms, overpriced for simple database software. Update : still no response for reported issues, while app continue crappy service : 'internal server error' , false fraud triggering. Again : this is totally worthless.
