Just downloaded this free shipping bar app. Easy install, clean interface. Planning to use it for free shipping notifications. Will update after I customize it.

Very easy to install and I was able to drag and drop the bar to appear where I wanted on product and cart pages. I have only just installed, but I hope it helps my AOV. Many thanks for creating this easy to use free app!
