This is my first time using a Hextom app and I had some trouble with setting up my first bar but Ingrid was very responsive, reviewed my set up and explained the problem. She then created one the "right" way and it's working perfectly now. I'm looking forward to setting up more bars based on market grouping and customizing free shipping thresholds for each. Thanks for providing great customer support.

This is an excellent free app that makes so much sense for your E-comm site. The team are amazing to deal with and when I needed the functionality to extend to my cart drawer for my specific site theme, they managed to get their dev team to work on an integration for me. This level of customer service was more than what I expected, especially as they provided a solution within a week! The product itself is also awesome and allows for a great amount of customization. Does what its meant to! :D
