I used The app to setup my shipping preference and the top bar on our web store. Very simple to use.

Exactly what I was looking for! My theme doesn't have the ability to add a bar on the top to advertise for free shipping, so I was happy to see that this app was available.

Easy to use and install and it also looks great. Plus its free! Only thing is that on mobile it blocks the drop down menu in the top right corner of the page. Overall I would still definitely recommend!
