Exactly what I was looking for! My theme doesn't have the ability to add a bar on the top to advertise for free shipping, so I was happy to see that this app was available.

great free app to increase sales. Keep it free and and i will keep using it. Too many plugins are too expensive. this is the third time it is making me submit this review.
