The app not only offer great customization but have excellent support.The theme I was using was not on their list of tutorials but after an email, not only did they help me integrate the app but made a whole new tutorial to support the theme I was using. If you are in need of an app for your shipping/announcement bar, this is the app.

This plug works great with many different option. The only down size to the free version, can only be used for one country or location.
