I initially had a great experience with this app. The pricing is excellent considering the range of features included. I particularly used the watermark and sticker functions, which worked well for my needs. The automatic watermarking feature for new products was especially convenient. However, after some time, a significant issue arose. The app began duplicating watermarked photos while also keeping the original photos published (seemingly storing them in backup). When I contacted customer support, they suggested the problem was due to conflicts with a third-party app rewriting the photos. This explanation wasn't satisfactory as I don't use any other photo management apps, which I demonstrated to them. I attempted various troubleshooting steps, including reverting the photos, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but the duplication issue persisted. Unfortunately, due to this unresolved problem, I can no longer continue using the app despite its otherwise useful features and attractive pricing.

One of the best features is the flexibility—it lets us apply watermarks automatically while keeping the original images safe. The ability to highlight promotions or brand logos directly on images has also been a great way to boost engagement and trust with customers.

とても便利そうでしたが、レイヤーを背景に設定するとロゴが消え、フロントにすると商品とロゴがかぶってしまい、背景にのみロゴを配したかったので、残念ですがアンインストールしました。改善されたらまた利用したいです。

Very happy with the watermark design options, and the ease of putting the watermarks on the images. I would recommend having backups of all your images, just in case. It was helpful for us to have backups as we were testing different watermark designs.
Thank you! Yes, having backups is a wise move. Also, I highly recommend updating a single product when reconfiguring your settings. This allows you to verify the results and saves you a lot of time!

This is the most convenient and easy-to-use watermark and sticker software I have ever used. It is especially powerful for batch processing in Google Shopping, and it handles technical issues in a timely manner. Thank you.
Sounds like you've been using our Google Shopping feature which lets you submit non-watermarked photos to Google while having protected watermarked photos on your store! We're glad you're enjoying the app!
