The app advertised that they can do up to 350k products, i was a little over so they told me the app wouldn't work and they would give a refund. I removed about 30k products falling under 320k products. Then they said i need to pay them before i can use the app (they blocked me from using the app). Now i message support and they tell me to read the previous messages. They are not professional, they for some reason don't want me to use their app because maybe its overloading it. Please don't advertise something you cant handle.
Hi, we apologize that our app is not designed to quickly watermark 1.3 Million product photos. We also attempted to communicate with you over the last couple of months to resolve any issue but were unable to reach you. We hope that you can find a more convenient solution. Best regards
