The app and offer set-up was not as easy as I expected and required support help to set everything up. The UI / UX needs some improvement. The support team though was amazing and the help I received from David and Anne was absolutely fantastic.

We had some minor glitches affecting the display of some features. On contacting the support team, they were very swift with their response. Naomi was particularly patient and supportive all along the fixes to our store. Very much recommended!

BOGOS is incredibly helpful for setting up promotions like "Buy X Get Y" and "Buy One Get One Free" (BOGO). The setup process is simple and intuitive, and I really appreciate how clearly it displays discounts and free gifts to customers, making the offers easy to understand.
