I was running a 24-hour BOGO sale, but your system stopped the offer because it required an upgrade. Unfortunately, we didn’t see the notification until the next day, so the promotion didn’t run properly and we lost thousands of dollars in the sale. It’s really disappointing, there should be a better system in place, either an automatic upgrade or at least a way to keep active sales running. A promotion should never be stopped mid-way. Based on this experience, I won’t be continuing with your app or recommending it to others.
