We chose BOGOS after evaluating so many different gift apps, and the biggest reason was hands down the customer service — and Hanna, in particular, has been incredible. She worked closely with us to get everything customized exactly how we needed, stayed late to help us meet our launch deadline, and made the entire experience feel seamless.
