Being charged for months for an app that isn't even installed This app has been charging my store $69.99 USD every month, even though the app does not appear anywhere in my Shopify admin panel — it is not listed under installed apps and cannot be found or uninstalled. I have been billed for multiple invoices for a service I am not using and have no way to access. To make things worse, the support team is completely unreachable — there is no effective way to contact them to request a cancellation or get any kind of resolution. This is unacceptable. Charging customers for an app they cannot find, use, or uninstall, and then being impossible to contact, is a serious problem. I strongly advise other merchants to be very careful before installing this app. If something goes wrong, you may end up stuck in the same situation — paying indefinitely with no way out.
