Good support once connected I had an issue getting our discount code to work. It took a little bit to get an initial response, but once Austin jumped in via collaborator access, he was very helpful. He walked me through adding the checkout upsell block to our template and switched the setting so the gift automatically adds straight to the cart. Everything is working perfectly now.
