Recently installed the BOGOS app, it has already increased sales, with customers being able to see clearly what is on sale and offering upsells, Have had a few questions about the app and the customer service has excellent, this is very important to me to have someone available to talk to at anytime, have been dealing with Anne this morning to help with a few issues and her customer service was brilliant and resolved and improved our stores appearance and function.

It was an easy fix, and then she even went the extra step to let me know another detail that needed attention on our website. Great app. Takes a bit to understand the depth and flexibility. But that's where the text support was fantastic. I had several questions about setting up the right combination of discounts. Junie evaluated the setup and made several important changes that actually made the discounts work. They would have failed had Junie not showed me the important details of the set up.
