David was great! He quickly responded to all my questions via chat while setting up our first gift and bundle. Still determining if this app is the best one for our specific needs, but Customer Service is TOP NOTCH!

This app is great for offering customers special offers like free gifts and for customer segments for example excluding wholesale customers from receiving gifts. The support has been awesome, and the team sorted out any fixes we have needed promptly. Special thanks to David for being patient with our requests.

I have installed the app today & I am testing it in trial version. It seems to be a good app with great features. I would like to appreciate the excellent support provided by support executive Mina & the developer Brian who resolved all my queries even in the trial version for FREE. Very easy to set up and their customer service agent was very quick to help me with my questions and requests even though it was a Sunday night. She helped me customize and get it to look exactly the way I wanted, very happy thank you Mina.

So far it does exactly what I wanted! I wanted to add a Free Gift item to the cart when certain products were added. I wanted the free gift to be visible in the cart and at checkout. At first, it was a clickable item which I didn't want...so I reached out to chat support and they were immediately available and extremely helpful, even on a Saturday. Thank you, Mina and Harry, for your quick assistance and making this experience great!

Just started the 7-day trial so haven't fully tested the app yet, but so far it looks like it can provide us with everything we need. Mina was really helpful at helping to set this up for me and customise it. 5 star support!

Great support and the only app I found so far that does what it should even if customers dont accept cookies. Thank you Anne for your amazing support setting it up. We are going to use this in our shop a lot.
