I’ve been using BOGOS for a while now and it’s a really well-built app. The interface is clean and makes it easy to set up promotions without unnecessary complexity. The real standout, though, is the support team. They’re always responsive, clear, and genuinely helpful. Every time I needed assistance, they handled it quickly and efficiently. Evelyn has been amazing!!! The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL!!! We were having a few problems with creating our bundle, and she was so patient and helpful! The development team would edit and customize the bundle in REAL TIME while I was chatting with her. AMAZING!!! This is the best app experience, I've ever had. Spreading the word, for sure!

I only just started using this app but so far it's working well. And when I had a hard time figuring out a setting I reached out to customer support and Amy was great. She was very quick to respond and was able to help me with my problem. She even went an extra step and offered up an additional helpful tip related to the question I had asked.
