Amazing app with a very helpful support team. We had a few technical questions and setup issues regarding our special offers and gift campaigns, and NAOMI helped us incredibly quickly and professionally. She was very patient, friendly, and truly cared about solving the problem instead of just giving standard replies. What I especially appreciated was that she really took the time to understand our use case and helped us find proper solutions for our store setup. The app itself offers a lot of useful features for upsells, gifts, and bundle offers, and the support makes the experience even better. Special thanks again to NAOMI for the excellent support — it genuinely made a big difference for us.

So far I love the app. It integrates well, and has many customizable features. I had some specific setup questions, and MINA in Customer Service was fantastic. Responses were very quick and thorough, with follow-up to make sure all questions were answered. Didn't seem to be in a hurry or rushing me.
